Q: Are you licensed to practice law?

A: We are members of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and are fully licensed to provide immigration consulting services.

Q: Do you assist with US immigration matters?

A: At this time, Satov Immigration does not assist with US immigration matters. We are a Canadian immigration consultancy specializing solely in Canadian immigration matters.

Q: How much do you charge for your services?

A: Our fees are dependent on the type and complexity of the matter we are retained for. Fees are determined during our consultation with you after discussing the details of your situation and your pathway to Canada for you.

Q: How long does it take you to complete a matter?

A: The length and time necessary to complete a matter from start to finish, is different for each case depending on the type and complexity of the matter.

Q: Can you guarantee the approval of my application?

A: No immigration consultant or lawyer can guarantee the approval of an immigration application. While we work hard to complete the most professional and comprehensive applications based on our experience and knowledge of the law, ultimately, the approval or refusal of an immigration application is at the discretion of the officer reviewing that application.

Q: If I retain Satov Immigration, what services will I be getting?

A: If you retain Satov Immigration to assist with your immigration matter, we will represent you throughout your entire immigration process. This includes but is not limited to:

  • working with you to collect the appropriate documentation for your matter

  • completing all of the required immigration forms

  • drafting legal submissions

  • providing you with regular updates prior to and after the submission of your application

  • answering any of your questions throughout the process

  • communicating with the government on behalf of you

Q: Can you help me get admission to a school in Canada?

A: We do not assist with obtaining admission to schools in Canada.

Q: Can you help me get a job in Canada?

A: We do not assist with obtaining employment in Canada.
